Lexi is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle the data collected in the Lexi mobile application ("the App"). By using Lexi, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Data Collection

Lexi stores all vocabulary, lists, and learning data locally on your device. We do not require an account or login, and we do not collect personally identifiable information in this initial version.

2. In-App Purchases

Lexi may offer optional in-app purchases, such as unlimited saved words or training sessions. Payments are processed exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not have access to your payment information.

3. Data Usage

Since all data is stored locally, Lexi does not transmit your vocabulary or personal data to external servers. Your device stores your data securely.

4. Data Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect the data stored within the app. However, you are responsible for backing up your device. Lexi is not liable for data loss due to device failure, deletion, or other events outside the app's control.

5. Third-Party Services

Lexi uses RevenueCat to manage in-app purchases and subscriptions. RevenueCat processes purchase and subscription data on behalf of Lexi and may collect anonymized analytics about app usage. No personally identifiable data beyond what is necessary for purchase processing is shared. Please review RevenueCat's privacy policy for details.

6. Changes to this Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
